Join us for an exciting evening of networking, investor relations, and open mic pitching at The Startup Events Berlin! In collaboration with Founders Institute and The Circularity Hub, this event will bring together founders, investors, and professionals from Berlin’s vibrant startup ecosystem. Whether you're looking for investment, partnerships, or simply to expand your network, this event offers the perfect platform to immerse yourself in the heart of Berlin’s startup scene.

The evening will be split into two main sessions, giving you the opportunity to pitch your startup and learn from expert panelists.

1. Open Mic Pitching Session

2. Panel Discussion on the Berlin Ecosystem

In between these sessions, there will be ample time for networking, allowing you to connect with other founders, investors, and professionals.

🚀 Pitching Opportunity Awaits! During the Open Mic Pitching Session, selected startups will have a 60-second pitch opportunity to present their ideas to investors, founders, and professionals. Each pitch will be followed by a brief Q&A, and all pitches will be filmed and promoted online after the event, providing even more exposure. To pitch, express your interest via Eventbrite during registration, email us, or let us know upon arrival. Pitching slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with 15 startups selected to present. The deadline for submissions is September 27th.

Moderator: Marlen Heske -Marlen is the Chief of Staff at NEEW Ventures, where she drives strategic initiatives and supports innovative ventures. With a background as Venture Operations Manager, she brings over two years of experience in shaping and scaling business operations, working at the heart of NEEW’s mission to foster impactful innovation.

Panelists:

Rikke Klitskov - Co Director of Founder Institute Berlin, Rikke is a Startup Mentor, Commitment Coach, and Co-Director of Founder Institute Germany, blending her entrepreneurial expertise with a passion for content production and music as a pianist. She empowers founders to succeed through mentorship and creative leadership.

Joerg Geier - As Director of Executive Education at Thunderbird School of Global Management, he specializes in sustainable innovation and leadership development. With experience at Cambridge Judge Business School and PDIE Group, he focuses on building ecosystems for sustainability and entrepreneurship.

DR. Andreas Rickert - Andreas Rickert, Co-CEO of Nixdorf Kapital and founder of PHINEO, is dedicated to driving social innovation and fostering cross-sector collaboration. With a background in senior roles at McKinsey and the World Bank, he supports purpose-driven startups and serves on various advisory boards to promote sustainable, positive impact.

Daniel Rintelmann - Daniel is a founder and transformational expert, specializing in helping SMEs and corporations with organizational transformation, strategic partnerships, and relationship management. Having founded and sold companies, he leverages his journey to guide others toward success.

Florian Fehr - Florian is a shareholder and managing director at Wasteer and Minimise, working to revolutionize the circular economy through innovative business models. At NEEW Ventures, he collaborates with EEW Energy from Waste GmbH to bring progressive waste management solutions to life
