RIVA Markets is a London-based fintech on a mission to transition the private & real estate market to tokenised asset management. A $15 trillion market which is extremely antiquated, manual and paper-heavy.

Our vision is to become the major global marketplace for alternative investments in a future tokenised asset management world.

The RIVA Markets Suite consists of 3 modules. RIVA Prime, a Loan Origination System to originate loans natively on-chain; RIVA Securities, a Securitisation & Tokenisation System; and RIVA Markets, a Primary Issuance and Secondary Marketplace. RIVA Markets has also an integrated AI due diligence tools, extracting data from the integrated dataroom documents and generate a due diligence report from and into multiple languages, to overcome the language barriers in international deals. The streamlined process reduces the transaction process from month to days and brings the whole process from structuring, sourcing, transaction management, securitisation, tokenisation, servicing, secondary market trading to closing on a fully digital and on-chain platform.
