Additive Marking

Additive Marking is the only company in the industrial 3D printing ecosystem capable of generating robust machine-readable codes directly on the product during the actual additive manufacturing process. In this way, the additively manufactured product is traceable from the first moment of product creation, regardless of the material, and allows access to any information both in the industrial environment and for the end customer. 

The Additive Marking Suite enables automated serialization of components and AM parts with different marking specifications directly in the additive production process. In this way, direct markings are created individually for each 3D-printed component and entire build jobs. The machine-readable labels meet common ISO standards for direct part markings and can also be applied to curved surfaces. The use of templates ensures simple reusability and enables brand-specific combinations. The suite also enables efficient, paperless documentation as well as comprehensive process management and control, for example through binding checklists on production orders and ISO 9001 support.
