Certif-ID's mission is to bring equal opportunity to technical professionals around the world. To do this Certif-ID aims. to bring trust and transparency to education around the world, and in doing so life standards and trust in educational outcomes. Developed markets are facing tremendous skills shortages in many sectors, and in order to fill these roles, recruiters must look to developing markets that have an oversupply of qualified professionals. However, this process is risky, time-consuming, and costly. Our goal is to streamline this process using AI and blockchain technology.

Certif-ID is an education to employment platform focused on the technical skills sector. The company provides a SaaS solution to enable educators to issue, manage and gather data on digital credentials that are anchored on the blockchain. The result is a dedicated community of verified professionals that manage and develop their digital portfolios with AI-driven curated learning and job opportunities. Recruiters then have access to a dedicated Applicant Tracking Solution to source and screen candidates. with the click of a button, dramatically reducing risk and effort.

Certif-ID was founded by Tim Miller and Markus Dohm and formed as part of the TÜV Rheinland Groups's incubator program. After spinning off and gaining independence in March 2020, Certif-ID has focused on scaling the solution across 7 countries and now employees 10 people. Tim Miller now leads the business as Managing Director.
