Coldsense Technologies specializes in the manufacture of customized systems for real-time detection of icing and reliable de-icing. We also advise our customers on research and development projects on cooling and icing-related issues.

With Coldsense solutions, operators of refrigeration systems can reliably prevent icing-related malfunctions and at the same time massively improve their CO2 footprint. This is made possible by a data-driven predictive maintenance concept that combines risk analysis and ice detection with anti-stick coatings and automatic de-icing, depending on customer requirements. This predictive method based on real-time data eliminates the need for cyclical defrosting of refrigeration systems. The energy savings are enormous (7% on average).
