Numbat

Numbat is a clean-tech company from Kempten (Allgäu), founded in 2021. The competence lies in the development and production, as well as the operation of High Power Charging solutions with integrated battery storage system. The goal is to establish Europe's densest High Power Charging infrastructure to support e-mobility and its challenges.

The challenge:

The number of BEVs in the EU is increasing with nearly 30 % CAGR in the upcoming years. In comparison, the number of fast charging stations remain almost static. But, BEV charging is the elementary need of future energy and mobility transition. High-power charging is the only viable solution especially if the length of stay is short.

High Power Charging - anywhere & anytime

The unique combination of High Power Charger and battery storage enables HP charging anywhere and anytime. It is the most cost-effective, sustainable option for B2B and B2C. Equally unique is the platform model, which can be offered as a full service for the B2B customer.

The battery storage reduces electricity costs and eases the burden on grids, while the integrated High Power charging station allows customers/visitors/employees to fully charge their electric vehicles within 15 minutes. Depending on the location, the Numbats can be provided free of charge in a platform model. With its patented climate protection technology and multi-lifecycle approach, the Numbat is the most sustainable solutions on the market.

By connecting to the normal network, the Numbat can be installed without major construction work. Numbat even relieves the power grids. This makes the installation technically simple, fast and economical.
