The team of Taledo, which initially operated under the name StartupCVs, includes the founders Melikshah Ünver, Mengühan Ünver, Marcel Poelker and Julius Cichon.

Their previous stints included Boston Consulting Group, HitFox, Google and Rocket Internet. An experienced team of 50 employees based in Berlin works hard on the vision "To become the only full-service partner a company needs to secure the best talent".
