ARCIS is a Munich-based AI startup from the TUM and UnternehmerTUM ecosystem.

We are building an AI-assisted decision layer for logistics operators. Many logistics teams still plan daily operations across fragmented TMS screens, Excel sheets, emails, documents and dispatcher experience. This creates manual work, limited visibility and a high dependency on individual experts.

ARCIS helps operational teams bring load, vehicle, driver, document and route-related information into one decision workflow. Our mission is to make complex logistics operations faster, more transparent and easier to control without replacing the systems companies already use.

We are starting with cross-border road freight operations, where dispatch teams need to match loads, trucks, drivers and operational constraints under time pressure.

ARCIS Dispo Copilot is an AI-assisted planning and decision support layer for logistics operations.

The product connects information from existing systems such as TMS, Excel, email and operational documents. It helps dispatch teams structure incoming loads, identify available vehicles and drivers, check relevant constraints and generate explainable planning suggestions.

The first use case focuses on freight dispatch planning for cross-border road logistics. ARCIS supports teams with load-vehicle-driver matching, route and timing considerations, data quality checks, operational warnings and manual override options.

Unlike traditional TMS replacements, ARCIS is designed to sit on top of existing workflows. The goal is not to automate away the dispatcher, but to give operational teams better visibility, faster decision support and fewer costly planning mistakes.
