Bella&Bona

Bella&Bona delivers lunch to offices, cooked in its own production kitchens rather than through restaurant partners. Over 300 companies in Munich and Berlin use the service, around 60,000 meals a month. Founded by Niccolò Lapini and Matteo Cricco, headquartered in Feldkirchen near Munich. The company has raised €5M in total and has been profitable since 2024. On 1 October 2026 the third own production kitchen opens in North Rhine-Westphalia, financed from operations rather than a funding round.

Companies set up a subsidised lunch offer for their staff. Employees order via app or web from a daily changing menu; the food arrives warm at the office, with no canteen and no kitchen staff of their own. Because kitchen, production and delivery are all in-house, Bella&Bona controls quality, cost and delivery times itself. Employers set the budget and the per-person subsidy, and billing runs centrally through one invoice. The order data also shows companies what the actual take-up rate is and which days their staff are in the office.
