Über CarChainX

CarChainX is building an independent Vehicle Data & Trust Infrastructure for the automotive market, with the objective of creating a more reliable, transparent and decision-ready foundation for vehicle information across the entire lifecycle.

Across today’s automotive ecosystem, critical vehicle information is generated by many different participants, including manufacturers, workshops, inspection organizations, dealers, insurers, banks, leasing companies and other service providers. Yet this information is often fragmented across disconnected systems, governed by different standards and difficult to assess consistently in terms of origin, context, verification status and historical traceability.

CarChainX exists to address this structural market problem.

The company is developing a manufacturer-independent framework that brings vehicle identity, lifecycle data, documents and supporting evidence into a consistent and traceable information structure. By linking relevant information to its source, context and verification status, CarChainX aims to improve the reliability, transparency and operational usability of vehicle data across different automotive workflows.

The company’s strategic focus goes beyond the aggregation of vehicle information. CarChainX is building toward an infrastructure layer that can support how market participants evaluate, exchange and rely on vehicle data in commercial, operational and risk-related decisions.

This positioning is increasingly relevant in a market where the quality of vehicle information directly influences transactions, valuation, financing, insurance, remarketing, compliance and trust between counterparties. As vehicles generate more data and automotive processes become more digital and interconnected, the need for structured provenance, verification and evidence becomes increasingly important.

CarChainX is designed to operate at this intersection between data availability and decision confidence.

Rather than competing as another isolated vehicle-history service, the company is positioning itself as a broader trust and data infrastructure that can connect fragmented information sources with the organizations that depend on reliable vehicle information.

This creates a strategic foundation for multiple forms of B2B value creation over time, including trusted vehicle records, dealer and partner workflows, verification services, decision support, API-based data products and future enterprise applications.

CarChainX therefore represents more than a single automotive software product.

It is being developed as an independent infrastructure company with the long-term ambition to improve how vehicle information is structured, verified, understood and used across the automotive ecosystem.

The central vision is clear: to transform fragmented vehicle information into a trusted, traceable and decision-ready foundation for the automotive market.

Über das Produkt

CarChainX is building a manufacturer-independent Vehicle Data & Trust Infrastructure designed to make fragmented vehicle information verifiable, traceable and operationally usable across the automotive market.

Today, critical vehicle information is distributed across manufacturers, workshops, inspection organizations, dealers, insurers, banks, leasing companies and other market participants. These data points often exist in different systems, formats and levels of reliability, without a consistent framework for vehicle identity, provenance, verification status, context or historical traceability.

CarChainX is designed to address this structural fragmentation at the infrastructure level.

The platform brings together vehicle identity, lifecycle events, documents, source information and supporting evidence within a consistent data model. Each relevant information object can be linked to its origin, context, verification status and position within the vehicle lifecycle, creating a more reliable basis for automotive decisions.

This allows CarChainX to move beyond isolated vehicle reports or document storage. The underlying infrastructure is designed to support multiple B2B applications from the same structured data and evidence foundation, including Vehicle Trust Reports, dealer workflows, verification processes, partner integrations, API-based trust signals, decision support and future enterprise data services.

The strategic value of this approach lies in reuse and scalability. Instead of building separate solutions for every automotive use case, CarChainX is developing a common foundation that can serve different participants across the vehicle ecosystem while preserving source transparency, evidence quality and decision relevance.

For dealers, this can mean better structured vehicle information and more consistent workflows. For partners, it can create a standardized integration and verification layer. For financial, insurance and enterprise users, the same infrastructure can support more reliable decision inputs, risk assessment and data exchange.

CarChainX is therefore not positioned as another vehicle history provider.

It is being developed as a neutral infrastructure layer between fragmented vehicle data sources and the organizations that depend on reliable vehicle information to make commercial, operational and risk-related decisions.

The long-term opportunity is to establish a scalable trust and data layer across the automotive ecosystem: a system in which vehicle information is not only collected, but also structured, contextualized, verified and made usable across multiple workflows and markets.

CarChainX aims to turn fragmented vehicle information into decision-grade vehicle intelligence and, over time, into a trusted infrastructure standard for automotive data, evidence and verification.

CarChainX is built around a deliberately complementary team structure that combines deep automotive domain expertise, product leadership, technology architecture, engineering execution, market access and commercial development.

The company’s ambition requires more than strong software development alone. Building a manufacturer-independent Vehicle Data & Trust Infrastructure means understanding how vehicles, dealers, workshops, service providers and commercial processes actually operate; translating those realities into usable product logic; designing the technical architecture beneath it; and maintaining direct access to the market in which that infrastructure must ultimately prove its value.

The CarChainX team has been structured around exactly these requirements. Each key role represents a distinct execution capability, while the individual functions remain closely connected across strategy, product development, technology implementation, market validation and commercial expansion.

Gökhan Konuk — Founder & CEO

Gökhan Konuk brings around 27 years of automotive experience together with technical qualification, entrepreneurial experience and extensive practical market knowledge.

With a certified automotive master technician background, his experience combines both the technical and commercial realities of the automotive industry. He understands vehicles, workshop environments, operational processes and technical assessment, but also the commercial structures, inefficiencies and decision-making logic that shape the used vehicle market.

At CarChainX, Gökhan is responsible for overall leadership, strategic direction, prioritization, market positioning, key partnerships and the long-term development of the company. His role is to connect practical automotive knowledge with company strategy and to ensure that CarChainX remains grounded in real market problems rather than abstract technology assumptions.

This founder-market fit is particularly relevant to CarChainX. The company addresses a structural problem that becomes visible only when the automotive market is viewed as an interconnected system: relevant vehicle information is distributed across many actors, systems and process stages, yet often lacks consistent structure, traceability and verification.

Gökhan’s contribution therefore lies in combining automotive practice, technical understanding, commercial judgment and strategic leadership within one founder role.

Lukas Anetsberger — CTO

Lukas Anetsberger leads the technological architecture and engineering foundation of CarChainX.

His responsibilities include platform architecture, backend systems, APIs, data models, data integrity, engineering coordination and security-by-design. He is responsible for translating the CarChainX concept into a technical infrastructure capable of supporting Vehicle Identity, lifecycle data, evidence, verification and future partner integrations.

His role extends beyond conventional software development.

CarChainX is intended to operate across different data sources, participants and use cases. That requires architectural consistency, clearly defined data relationships, robust interfaces, integrity mechanisms and the ability to expand without turning the platform into a collection of disconnected features.

Lukas therefore owns the systems perspective behind CarChainX. Product and market requirements must ultimately become scalable technical structures, and the architecture must remain capable of evolving from MVP execution toward a modular, integration-ready infrastructure.

His responsibility is to ensure that the technical foundation remains reliable enough for the level of traceability, structure and trust that CarChainX intends to provide.

Franz Zirkelbach — CPO

Franz Zirkelbach connects product leadership with automotive operations, commercial execution and hands-on business-building experience.

His background includes automotive operations, sales processes, process logic and practical company-building experience, including his involvement with KS Autoglas. Internal CarChainX documentation positions his strengths around product build-up, automotive operations, commercial execution and sales.

At CarChainX, Franz translates real market requirements into product logic, workflows and scalable platform functionality.

His role is critical because a technically sophisticated automotive platform only creates value if it fits the processes of the businesses expected to use it. Dealer workflows, vehicle handling, document processes, operational friction and commercial requirements must therefore be understood before they can be translated into product features.

Franz represents this translation layer between market reality and product development.

His task is not simply to define features. It is to ensure that CarChainX develops around real operational use cases, clear workflow logic and measurable practical value.

Meltem Taşan — CBO

Meltem Taşan contributes a strategically different capability to the CarChainX team: direct automotive visibility, audience access, content capability, market communication and business development.

Her role combines market access and partner communication with brand visibility, content formats, video production, community interaction and commercial activation. Internal CarChainX planning explicitly associates her function with automotive visibility, social reach, content operations, video formats and community management.

This is more important than traditional marketing alone.

For CarChainX, direct access to automotive audiences and market participants can also function as a continuous validation channel. Content, conversations, reactions and community interaction help identify market objections, communication barriers, user expectations and emerging demand.

Meltem therefore operates at the intersection of business development, distribution, visibility, brand building and market intelligence.

Her contribution creates a direct link between the internal development of CarChainX and the external automotive ecosystem. Instead of treating communication as something that begins only after a product is finished, her role allows market feedback to remain connected to product and business development throughout the company’s growth.

This gives CarChainX an important commercial advantage: the ability to develop not only a product, but also the understanding, visibility and relationships required to bring that product into the market.

Martin Wagner — Technology & Engineering

Martin Wagner strengthens the technical organization with additional engineering depth, implementation capability and broad technical problem-solving expertise.

His position sits within the Technology & Engineering structure and complements the architectural responsibility of the CTO with hands-on execution capacity. Internal team documentation places Martin as a technical key profile on the developer and engineering side of CarChainX.

His contribution is especially relevant at the point where architecture must become functioning software.

Technical concepts, data models, workflows and system requirements only create value once they can be translated into reliable applications, services and integrations. Martin strengthens this execution layer and contributes to turning technical design into operational reality.

The distinction between architecture and implementation is deliberate.

Lukas provides technical direction, architecture and system-level responsibility. Martin adds additional depth in engineering execution and technical problem solving. Together, these capabilities strengthen CarChainX’s ability to develop a technically coherent platform while maintaining sufficient hands-on implementation capability.

A team designed around the full execution chain

The defining strength of the CarChainX team is not the number of titles represented.

It is the fact that the team covers different but directly connected parts of the same execution chain:

Automotive domain knowledge → Product → Technology → Engineering → Market access → Feedback

Gökhan brings long-term automotive experience, technical understanding and strategic leadership.

Franz converts operational market requirements into product logic and usable workflows.

Lukas translates product and data requirements into scalable technical architecture.

Martin strengthens the hands-on engineering layer required to turn that architecture into functioning systems.

Meltem connects the company to automotive audiences, partners, visibility, content and real market response.

The result is a continuous operating loop:

Market insight informs product decisions. Product requirements shape technology. Technology becomes operational software. Market access creates adoption and feedback. Feedback feeds directly into the next product and technology cycle.

That operating model is particularly relevant for CarChainX because the company is not building a conventional standalone application.

CarChainX is developing toward a manufacturer-independent Vehicle Data & Trust Infrastructure designed to structure vehicle identity, lifecycle information, documents, evidence and verification across the vehicle lifecycle.

Such an infrastructure cannot be built successfully through technology alone.

It requires automotive domain knowledge to identify the real problem, product leadership to translate that problem into usable workflows, technical architecture to create the underlying system, engineering capability to execute it, and market access to validate whether the solution works in the environments for which it was designed.

The CarChainX team combines these capabilities within one connected execution structure.

This creates a strong foundation for validating the platform in the used vehicle market, learning directly from dealers and partners, refining the product through real operational feedback and progressively expanding toward a broader Vehicle Data, Evidence & Trust Infrastructure for the automotive ecosystem.

The team’s defining advantage is therefore not simply experience in individual disciplines. It is the ability to connect automotive reality, product thinking, technical architecture, engineering execution and market access into one continuous operating system for building CarChainX.
