Circula

Circula is a B2B Software-as-a-Service company based in Berlin, Germany, offering companies an intuitive solution for employee expenses. The Circula software has been developed according to European tax standards and supports individualized expense and travel expense reporting to enable a seamless, uncomplicated, and tax compliant process. Circula was founded in 2017 by Nikolai Skatchkov and Roman Leicht. In February 2019, Capnamic Ventures and Mainincubator invested a seven-figure sum in the company. Circula's more than 400 customers (as of January 2021) include Ebner Stolz, Orthomol, N26, SportScheck and Lilium.

Circula offers companies an all-in-one app for employee expenses. With the mission “We make expenses effortless” we combine intuitive design, technology with know-how in accounting and tax law and offer companies an app for the completely digital management of employee expenses and benefits.

As of January 2021 we are team of 30 international, digital enthusiasts based in Berlin and we are constantly growing.
