consalio was founded in 2021 in Düsseldorf with the mission to transform the way clients and advisors work together by creating transparency on advisory services before the bill arrives. We save costs and time by automating processes and enabling an optimised project management. consalio is relevant for all corporate and governmental departments engaging external services.

consalio is a B2B SaaS solution that provides full transparency of all ongoing advisor activities and costs in the company. Through real-time analysis, a project leader is able to keep the project scope under control and proactively take countermeasures during a project and together with the advisor. The data is presented in a simple and easy-to-understand dashboard. In this way, consalio enables early conflict identification, realization of savings potentials, comparability of advisor projects and better negotiations due to transparent communication between the company and its advisor.

As head of brand communications for a large fashion group, Felicia Mundhenke, consalio's founder, was responsible for a large agency network and corresponding budgets. In order to keep track of accumulated agency costs in the department, she spent a considerable amount of time requesting status-quo reports and manually preparing Excel files and engaging in invoice renegotiations. Based on her own experiences, she worked on the idea of consalio to create an automated dashboard that helps to improve the relationship between corporates and advisors.
