Über Lumatix Biotech
Lumatix Biotech develops and manufactures chromatography media for biopharmaceutical purification. The main product, MonoCore™, is a capsule with a monolith made of modified cellulose, available in several chemistries for antibodies, viral vectors and nucleic acids. Lumatix is also developing Solaris®, light-controlled affinity purification based on PureLight® technology; beta access by application.
Über das Produkt
MonoCore™ is a fully assembled capsule for chromatography in research and process development. The monolith is made of modified cellulose and carries a continuous channel system; mass transport is convective rather than diffusion into pores. The capsule connects to common FPLC systems.
The line covers ion exchange (Q and S), hydrophobic interaction, and affinity with Protein A and Protein G; custom chemistries are available on request. Applications range from monoclonal and bispecific antibodies through viral vectors such as AAV and LVV to plasmid DNA and mRNA.
