PWRGUM is an energy chewing gum and the perfect and ultra-mobile energy supplier. PWRGUM contains 50mg caffeine and 40mg taurine, vitamin B6 & B12.

By using high-tech ingredients developed in-house, it is effective within 5 minutes and lasts for more than 4h. The "heart flutter effect" otherwise feared with energy drinks does not occur with PWRGUM, but a constant wakefulness for several hours, which then pleasantly flattens out at the end.

PWRGUM has an excellent taste, the bitterness consistently present in caffeine gum competitors has been excellently masked.

PWRGUM currently comes in four flavors with the Double Mint, Energydrink flavor, Grapefruit and Cinnamon.

The packaging is a monofoil and includes a zipper. Each package contains 8 chewing gums.

THE IDEA

In the middle of 2020 we had the idea to look for an alternative for energy drinks. Our kids and friends were pulling the stuff out of the supermarket and consuming up to 7 cans a day! Besides, a can is pretty bulky on the road, you have to drink a lot and the active ingredients go through your stomach first, which weakens the energy boost.

OUR STORY

With a whitelabel product, we launched a proof-of-concept at the end of August 2020 and sold over 6,000 packs of gums within 2 months. After selling out, we formed a limited liability company in February 2021 and spent more than a year developing our own product. Because we wanted the best PWRGUM there is for us and you!

OUR APPROACH

Basically we had no idea about chewing gums and their production. But through our network we were able to get a mentor from the chewing gum industry with more than 25 years of experience. He not only opened many doors for us, but actively supported us in developing our PWRGUMS with specialists in functional chewing gums.

And yes, the food engineers in the lab really started to hate us because we tried so many variations. But we wanted to have the best taste without bitterness with the best effect. So it actually took more than a whole year.

WE AS FOUNDERS

The three of us, that's Toni, Gerardo and Thomas, founded PWRGUM GmbH. Now we are not the typical young founders, but in fact all of us are already over 50 years old. We all have a lot of experience with our own companies, also already founded several startups. Nevertheless, PWRGUM is a matter of the heart for the three of us.

Something we want to make really big and can optimally combine with our network and experience from sports, fitness and e-sports. We are PWRGUM's best customers ourselves and use the chewing gums every day. And are as close to the customer as no one else.
