We offer our customers an entire virtual customer service department - on demand, without fixed costs and for our partners a fair payment, no matter where they are located worldwide.

The platform enables customers to centrally book, manage and pay for all components of their customer service. From software solutions to worldwide freelance professionals and value added product or service providers. Customers have the option of self-administration or are supported by our specialists.

Our team consists of four founders, that have a wide-spread experience of over 30 years in customer service- and workforce management industries. Our experience in the industry has taught us that current service providers have become obsolete due to their lack of digitalization, rigid processes and isolated solutions in their tools.

colpari (collaboration partners international) is a purpose company. Everything we do, we pursue with regard to social responsibility. We want to work on an eye-to-eye level with our partners on all sides. This starts with our requirement that everyone, no matter where they are in the world, deserves equal pay for the same work. We also always focus our actions on the satisfaction of our customers and their customers. When we offer additional services, the added value for the market participant is important to us, not primarily the turnover.
