insightsON is a SaaS-solution that brings together different data sources with customer information inside and outside companies, analyses all this data with AI-based models and derives concrete customer impulses. Therefore, insightsON helps customer managers to not only know about anomalies in current customer behaviour, but also predict customer churn, identify sales potentials and forecast future sales. All of this is done automatically and specific for the industry.

Bist du Teil dieses Teams?

Pascal Salmen and Andre Stollhans are the two founders of insightsON. Andre is the technical founder and responsible for the development of the algorithms, cloud infrastructure as well as the application: He is our technical brain. Andre has been working as an IT consultant for the past years. His focus was on implementing data science projects and building cloud architectures. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in International Economics. As a sideline, he is a lecturer in the field of digitalization at the FHM.

Pascal takes care of sales, strategy, and finance: he is our Sales Rocket. Pascal has spent the past five years advising banks on regulatory, risk and architecture topics for KPMG. Most recently, he worked as a manager with sales, budget and leadership responsibilities. He holds a Bachelor in Finance and Master in Management.

In the meantime, we have grown to a strong team of 8, with the current focus still on technical resources.
